Once your order is on its way to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
You will also receive a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery and to arrange for it to be re-sent if you missed the first delivery attempt.
For pre-sale campaigns, we'll wait until the product is in stock to send you the tracking confirmation.
If your tracking information shows that your order has been returned to the sender, just reach out to us - we can arrange re-delivery for you.
