If you are not in when your order arrives the carrier will either:
- Leave a note through your letterbox to let you know they tried to deliver your parcel and left it with your neighbour.
- Leave a note to let you know they tried to deliver your parcel and that it is now being held at your local depot. Please contact them directly to arrange redelivery. Your parcel will be held for approximately 2 weeks before it is sent back to us.
