Yes! We understand that mistakes can happen so we allocate every customer a 2 hour cancellation window. You can cancel via the confirmation email sent to your email address.
If it's outside the 2 hour window, please message us as soon as possible at email@example.com.
If your order has already been shipped, we'll be happy to process a return and refund and get it sorted as quickly as possible. Once we've received the returned product, in the same conditions as it was delivered, you'll be reimbursed for that order.
