If you are on the twelve-month subscription monthly payment plan, you can cancel at any time after the first month. As fulfillment is triggered monthly, you will need to cancel a couple of days before your next order is due. Otherwise, your order will still be sent to you, in which case, we would then need to follow our returns procedure before a refund can be processed.
